Reminder: Medicare requires a Scope of Appointment form each year. If you've already completed it for this AEP, no action is needed. If not, please complete it 48 hours before our meeting.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently, we represent 10 organizations that offer 70 products in Colorado. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE or your local SHIP office to get information on all of your options.
