We only share your profile with client firms you've expressed interest in, ensuring that your details are only submitted to opportunities you’ve approved.

As part of our vetting process, we review your public U4 (Form U4) to understand any industry disclosures. This is a standard step we take to ensure alignment between candidates and our clients' compliance requirements.

Please note:

If a candidate has been barred from the industry or carries disclosures that impact hirability, we may choose not to proceed, as our clients are unable to consider such profiles for opportunities.
