  • What are my options during and at the end of the trial period?

    You can purchase any paid plan during or at the end of the trial.  If you prefer to use the Basic (free) plan, you can choose to downgrade at the end of the trial period.

  • Can I add or remove users at any time?

    Yes. You can add or remove user licences from the Billing page of your account.

  • Who needs a user license?

    Any users who need to receive scheduled meetings or live engagements require a paid seat. A license is not required for account administrators unless they want to receive meetings and live engagements.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
