Tools to schedule meetings with external colleagues

When you need to schedule a meeting with people inside your organization you simply look at their free/busy view and find a time when everyone is availabale. But what do you do when some of the attendees are external?
There are tools to schedule meetings with external colleagues, the best of which is ScheduleOnce. ScheduleOnce acts as an extension of your calendar and will provide you with the same free/busy view that you see for internal colleagues, but for your external and internal colleagues.
You can think about it as free/busy in the cloud. You propose a few times that work for you and then send out a link to your colleagues. They then provide their availability relative to the times that you proposed. Everyone can easily do it whether internal or external. Once everyone has replied you have a free/busy view that includes all attendees and you can easily find a time and schedule the meeting.
