GRP Financial: Create your OnceHub account

This video will walk you through how to create your OnceHub account. The two plan types available to GRP Affiliates are the Schedule plan or the Route plan. To sign up visit oncehub.com/grpfinancial 

Sign up with your Google or Microsoft account to instantly connect your calendar and video conferencing or enter your email address to continue with an email and password sign up. Here you can choose if you'd like to qualify people before they can schedule with you. This only creates your first scheduling object. No matter what you choose here you can create other scenarios later. To start with a simple booking page I'm going to select yes offer meetings to all visitors.

Next, choose if you'd prefer to start with a scheduling calendar that you add to your website or one you can share with a link. I'm going to start with a custom once Hub page to easily share with the link. Here you can set the days and hours you're typically available for people to schedule with you.

If you've signed up with email and password you can now connect your calendar to ensure you're never double booked and so meetings will automatically be added to your calendar.

And you can choose to connect a video conferencing option. If you already connected a Google or Microsoft account your conferencing for teams or Google meet will automatically be added. You can connect other conferencing options like Zoom or WebEx later. 

When your account is created you'll be greeted by our guide. Jesse will help show you around the application. After the tour you'll also find a checklist to help you get started each item on the checklist will begin a step-by-step guide. And if you ever need more help, click on the question mark icon to go to our help center or contact our support team.
