If you are interviewing here and there as part of your other tasks then it may be more appropriate to let candidates see the general time slots in which you're available and require that they enter a few times. You will then review their selected times and pick the one that works best for you.

If you are working in automatic booking mode as soon as the candidate submits, the appointment will be automatically booked in your calendar. If you prefer to work in booking with approval mode you will have a chance to review the booking and only then schedule it in your calendar.
