Introducing our new analytics page
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new analytics page in the track section of your OnceHub account, designed to give you deeper insights into your meeting lifecycle and workload.
This new analytics page provides a detailed breakdown of meetings booked by user, booking page, master page, and event type, allowing you to monitor performance at every level. Moreover, the meeting insights overview highlights key metrics such as the number of meetings booked, canceled, completed, and no-shows, giving you an instant snapshot of team and individual productivity.
This feature empowers you to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and make data-driven adjustments that enhance overall operational efficiency and performance. Try it now
New user roles: team manager and super administrator/account owner
We’ve just added two new user roles—team manager and super administrator/account owner—designed to improve access control and streamline your operations.
The team manager role offers enhanced control, granting more permissions than a member but fewer than an admin. This role allows users to manage their team's bookings, view related analytics, and handle booking pages on behalf of team members. With the ability to edit most user profile settings, Team Managers streamline team operations without requiring full admin access.
To strengthen security, the super administrator/account owner is now the only user authorized to delete a OnceHub account, ensuring tighter control over critical actions. While they retain all admin permissions, this role provides an extra layer of protection. By default, the super admin/account owner is the user who created the account, though this role can be reassigned as needed.

User integration improvements
This quarter we have added a new user integrations page that includes the option to connect to productivity suites. Platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, offer an integrated set of services including email, calendar, conferencing, allowing users to seamlessly connect and manage all these functions in one place.
A major enhancement is the option to enable email integration with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (coming soon), allowing your meeting notifications to be sent directly from your email address. This adds a personal touch to your communication, ensuring recipients immediately recognize who is sending the notifications and allowing them to reply directly to you. If email integration is turned off, notifications will be sent from mailer@oncehub.com or an email address from your domain (if configured at the account level).
Lastly, administrators and team managers can now view other users' integration pages and manage certain calendar and email integration settings. They will not be able to connect or disconnect integrations on behalf of another user. Administrators will still find account-wide integrations, such as CRMs and Zapier, under settings.
Routing form and chatbot improvements
Page footers
We’ve just released the ability to add a footer to your chatbot or form when sharing them as a standalone link. You can edit the page footer and other design elements within the ‘Share a page’ tab of your form or chatbot builder.
Chatbot ratings
Chatbots now have the functionality to add a chat rating action. Your customers can rate their experience, giving you valuable information to help you make improvements. You’ll find ratings submitted by customers in your activity stream.
Start chatbot videos unmuted
Adding videos to your chatbots is a powerful way to engage your visitors. Now, you have the option to choose whether they start muted or unmuted, giving you greater control over the customer experience so that you can tailor it to suit your audience.
Improved link sharing and website embed
Previously, creating a ‘host’ page was necessary to share a routing form or chatbot with a link. Now, a page is automatically created for each form and chatbot. Click 'Share a page' in the builder to customize the URL, layout, and background to match the look and feel of your company branding.
We've also made embedding a chatbot or form on your website easier. Go to the 'Embed on website' tab in the builder, and click the "Get the widget code" button. To use advanced audience targeting, select the targeting icon from the top right corner of the chatbot lobby.
Lobby improvements
You'll be pleased to know that your form and chatbot lobbies now load faster. We've made sharing easier, too, with a handy 'Share' button alongside each object. Want to monitor activity? No problem. Hover over "Analytics" in the lobby to see the number of conversations completed and started, meetings booked, emails captured, and conversations abandoned.
Lastly, it’s never been easier to search for the routing form or chatbot you need. You can now search based on the link information, as well by object name or owner.
Platform improvements
Multi-factor authentication
To keep your account more secure, we’ve added multi-factor authentication. Visit your profile settings to enable it for Email and SMS.
Attendee data added to the OnceHub API
Previously, our API provided meeting details, including the owner of the meeting. Now we’re including attendee data, too! After the API object list gets updated with a new field called Attendees, you can pull through a complete list of people who joined the meeting, including the host, panel members, guests, and additional attendees.
