✨ Make a Stunning First Impression with Dynamic Backgrounds ✨
New feature:
Introducing a new dynamic background feature.
Six customizable dynamic background options are available.
Why it matters:
This feature provides an additional option to customize the visual appearance of your Booking Calendar and Booking Hub pages, potentially enhancing brand consistency and guest engagement.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All plans
- Access level: All access levels
How to use it:
- Go to the 'Page Designer' tab of your Booking Calendar or Booking Hub
- Under ‘Page Background’, select the 'Dynamic gradient' option
- Select your preferred gradient, or click on ‘Custom’ to design your own

🎨 More Visual Customization Options 🎨
Improvement:
Enhanced customization options for Booking Pages and Booking Hubs.
Why it matters:
Previously, you could add a profile picture or a company logo to your Booking Pages and Booking Hubs. Now you can add both.
We’ve also added customization options for design elements and colors, with a live preview of changes before publishing.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All plans
- Access level: All access levels
How to use it:
- Navigate to the 'Page Designer' tab of your Booking Calendar or Booking Hub
- In the right panel, scroll down to ‘Information Pane’ to add your profile and logo images
- Scroll further down to ‘Information Text Color’ , to customize the color of headings and welcome message
- Scroll further to ’Interaction Pane’ to configure button color

🤝 Easier Guest Management with Additional Guest 2.0 🤝
Improved feature:
You can now capture detailed contact information for any additional guests invited by your primary guest, including their relationship to the primary guest.
Why it matters:
The Additional Guest feature allows you to gather valuable details from attendees, including their full name, email address, phone number, and relationship to the primary guest.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All paid plans
- Access level: All access levels
How to use it:
The ‘Additional Guest’ button is now integrated into the Booking form
- Go to the ‘Add Question’ panel
- Select the 'Additional Guest' question type and drag it into the form
- Configure the data you’d like to collect in the panel on the right

👀 Preview Your Guest Notifications While Working on Them 👀
New feature:
Introducing a preview option for Guest Notification, which is visible while editing.
Why it matters:
This new feature allows you to review the appearance of guest notifications before saving changes, potentially reducing errors and improving the final output.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All plans
- Access level: Admin users
How to use it:
- Go to the ‘Notifications’ tab in your Booking Calendar editor
- Click on ‘Edit template’
- You will see a ‘Preview’ link in brackets next to every Email/SMS notification you’ve configured
- Click on the ‘Preview’ link to see the notification design, including unsaved changes

✍️ Booking Form Updates: Dynamic Form Behavior for a Better User Experience ✍️
📍 Smarter Location Display
Improvement:
Location options in the Booking Form are now dynamically presented based on your availability and location settings.
Why it matters:
The improved display makes it easier for guests to select locations since they are only presented with relevant location options based on availability and configured settings.
Who can access it:

- Access level: All access levels
How to use it:
Location options in the Booking Form will now be dynamically presented based on your availability and location settings.
📱Phone Number Field Option
New feature:
New option to include a phone number field in Booking Forms.
Why it matters:
This feature allows you to request phone numbers from guests across all meeting types—including in-person, phone, and video conferences—with the flexibility to designate the field as mandatory or optional.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All plans
- Access level: Admin users
How to use it:
- Navigate to the ‘Booking Form’ tab in your Booking Calendar editor
- Select the ‘Phone’ question type from the panel on the right and drag it into your form
- Add question text and toggle ‘Answer required’ to ‘ON’ if you want it to be mandatory
✅ Automatic Guest Detail Pre-fill
New feature:
Automatic pre-filling of guest details using URL parameters.
Why it matters:
This feature automatically populates fields like name, email, and phone number in the Booking Form using information passed through URL parameters. This reduces the need for manual entry by guests, all they need to do is review the information and confirm it.
Who can access it:
- Plan: All plans
- Access level: Admin users
How to use it:
- Click on the ‘Share’ button of the Booking Calendar or Booking Hub you’d like to pre-fill
- Click on ‘Customize URL in the pop-up that appears
Add ?name=<Guest Name>&email=<Guest Email>&phone=<Guest Phone> to the end of your standalone Page URL
🔄 Updates to HubSpot and Salesforce Integrations 🔄
Improvement:
Updates to the existing HubSpot and Salesforce integrations with Booking Calendars offering more flexible data mapping capabilities, improved error handling processes, a revised user interface, and enhanced control over default values and overrides.
Why it matters:
The integration updates are designed to further enhance data management and tracking:
- Flexible mapping: Update or map new values without starting over
