Introducing the AI chatbot
We are thrilled to announce the launch of ChatOnce.ai, an exciting step forward in the evolution of conversational AI technologies at OnceHub. ChatOnce.ai is based on GPT-4 technology, is trained on your data, and is equipped with industry-specific sales templates.
Unlike other AI chatbots that only answer customer questions, ChatOnce.ai has built-in engagement options, such as live chat, instant meetings, and scheduled meetings. It will use its capabilities to control the conversation flow, discover pain points, communicate a unique value proposition, qualify, and hand off the conversation to a human via the optimal engagement option.
Here is a sneak peak at what our AI chatbot can do:

Widget on load - instant chatbot embed
All new Chatbots built will now have the existing options to embed your Chatbot code into your website triggered by a click, as well as the new option of Widget on load. Widget on load allows you to embed your code into the website page quickly and easily, by default allowing your chatbot to load automatically when the page loads.
You still have the option to define your Chatbot targeting on a more granular level by using Automatic reach out. The Automatic reach out function is now found within the Chatbot lobby itself.
Improvements to the OnceHub platform
New home page and navigation
By now you will have noticed an updated menu in the app, along with a brand-new homepage. This change will simplify and accelerate the process of creating, editing, and sharing booking pages, forms, and chatbots. Resulting in quick access to the features you need most, when you need them.
Email from your domain capability when connecting your Microsoft Calendar
OnceHub has recently introduced a new capability to automatically connect your Microsoft 365 email when you connect your Microsoft 365 calendar. This capability will allow you to send notifications about meetings from your email rather than from OnceHub mailer. Using your email to send meeting notifications can be a better practice where personal touch and brand consistency are essential.
Charge secondary card if primary fails
You can now store secondary payment methods in your account. These are used if your primary payment method fails. Storing secondary payment methods allows you to conveniently switch payment methods when you make a purchase. It also ensures that your account stays active when there's an issue with your primary payment method by automatically charging the secondary method.
Simplify your login with Google OneTap
If you make use of a Google email address and are signed in with your Google email on your browser, you can make use of Google OneTap. With Google OneTap, you can now log into your account with just a single tap, no need to remember passwords. This new feature leverages your Google credentials, ensuring a quick and secure sign-in process.
Update Bookings via API
You can now use our public API to cancel a meeting, request a reschedule or mark a meeting as no show. This new feature gives you the flexibility to develop a custom solution for updating your meeting statuses without having to log into the OnceHub platform.
Other changes
Your OnceHub account security is very important to us and as a result, we are constantly improving our security measures and our backend software. We're keeping a close eye on all security matters that affect your OnceHub account and will let you know if we notice anything out of the ordinary.
Coming soon: We’ll be enhancing our password security, for all new passwords, by increasing the character limit of your OnceHub password from 6 to 8 characters. Thus making your password stronger and your OnceHub account safer. To learn more, take a look at our password policy.
Consolidated Chatbot and Form Cookies
Until now, embedding forms and chatbots on your website resulted in many different cookies being created. From Thursday, March 14th, OnceHub products will only create two cookies in total. These cookies are intended to provide a positive experience to your visitors. One allows them to keep their conversation history during an active session. The other manages consent for capturing statistical data about returning visitors. For more information take a look at our help article.
Migrated Webex from XML API to REST API
On March 31st, Webex deprecated its Meetings XML API and permanently replaced it with their newer REST API. Oncehub engineers made sure our application seamlessly migrated over to accommodate the changes and ensured our Webex users didn’t miss out on auto-generating any conferencing links for meetings scheduled.
Moving Zapier integration to account level
OnceHub admins who need to connect their Zapier account to OnceHub for all booking and conversation events on their account, can now do so by accessing the configuration under Account settings → Zapier and benefit from the ease of setup by allowing them to set it up for all users on your account in one go.
