Let’s take a quick tour of OnceHub to help you get started. We’ll start the tour here, on your home page. The home page shows your most recently updated objects, upcoming meetings and quick access to some helpful links.
On the left, you’ll find all your tools for building booking calendars, routing forms and chatbots. Below these are your tools for tracking and analysing activity. And your account and user settings are all in the top right menu over here.
Your profile menu is your go-to spot for personal settings. If you haven’t connected your calendar or connected your preferred video conferencing options yet, you’ll find these under user integrations.
Go to scheduled meeting availability to further customize your availability and make it specific to different locations.
Click here to customize the booking calendar we created for you. You can edit the meeting subject, duration, hosts, personalize branding and more. Click the share button to get the link and try it out.
When you want to create or edit more booking calendars, click here (booking calendars). Select a booking calendar to edit booking settings, the booking form, guest notifications or to customize the design.
When you’re ready to go further:
Use booking hubs to combine booking calendars and offer different types of meetings on one link or page.
Screen or route visitors with routing forms.
And maximize engagement with AI-driven chatbots.
When meetings are booked with you, you can review and manage them through activities. Go to analytics to monitor, analyze and improve your booking processes.
If you’re an admin or account owner, you can click on the gear icon for account settings and user management.
Add your colleagues from users, then, go to teams to group everyone accordingly. You can also connect integrations like a CRM or Zapier. And if you’re ever stuck, you’ll find everything you need to get un-stuck from the help menu.
