What's New in OnceHub: Summer 2023

Routing map
Chatbots and forms are simple to manage when you only include a couple of questions to capture information and offer scheduling. When you start adding multiple screening questions, routing visitors to different teams, and incorporating live engagements and email alerts, the original list view in the builder becomes a more challenging way to maintain and improve these conversational flows.
The routing map is a new way to visualize routing, edit rules, and spot issues with disconnected interactions. Think of it like an interactive flow chart and a great way to ensure your chatbots and forms are efficient. The routing map is currently available for chatbots, and coming soon for forms.

Enhanced page sharing including QR codes
Using the quick share option just got more exciting. Now you can share pages links directly to social platforms, Whatsapp, or even download a QR code. Add the QR code to business cards, posters, or any other print materials to increase engagement with your business.
We've also made some changes to the 'Share' screen of your form and chatbot builders. We redesigned the UI and made it easier to add your chatbots and forms to a page or share the page they're already included on. Pages usability improvements
To make editing and sharing your Page URL easier, we've moved it into the settings pane with all your other customization options.
While you could always remove the image from your page background by using "Reset," we've renamed this "Remove" to make it more clear.
Lastly, we've made it simpler to add a chatbot/form to a new page or edit a chatbot/form that's already included in a page. Learn more about pages
Localized date format for chatbots
Date fields in chatbots will now appear in your customer's local format. The browser locale supplies this information to present either the day first or month first, depending on their region. Learn more about chatbots
Faster form updates
Until now, if you made changes to your forms and saved them, it could take some time for your live form to reflect this. Thanks to some nifty adjustments from our engineering team, you can enjoy a much faster application of changes. Get started with forms
Revamped interactions pane
The interactions pane is the keystone of our chatbot and form builders. Until recently, Questions, Messages, and Actions were divided across 2-3 tabs. While this made it easy to see the different categories, switching between them slowed us all down! Your new and improved interactions pane shows all the interaction types on one view, divided by category, and our most-used interaction types are grouped at the top. Download limit increased for CSVs
When downloading your activities or contacts as a CSV file, you can now export 10,000 records, doubling the data you can get at one time. Download from the contacts lobby or the activity stream.
Member permission changes
Previously, only account admins could get Master page links from this quick-share menu. We've also changed this behavior, so member users can now copy Master page links from here too.
When we introduced the new contacts lobby, all users could access all captured contacts across the account. We've since limited access for member users, who can now only see contacts they own. Learn more about contacts
Terminology change: Publish > Active
We've made a small terminology change in chatbots and forms. Previously, when you made a chatbot or form live, we referred to this as "publishing" and included a toggle to publish/unpublish them. However, adding the embed code to a website also feels like publishing, so we now refer to chatbots and forms as active or disabled. The toggle in the builder reflects this change.
