A big change for member permissions
Until recently, only admins could create chatbots and forms. Now, members and admins alike can enjoy the benefits of these tools that enable advanced routing, qualification, and other great options, like including a video message. When members create chatbots or forms, they can build a customized page to add it to and then share it anywhere with a personalized link. Don’t want this option for members? Routing map for forms
Last quarter, we introduced the routing map for chatbots to visualize the various paths you create in the builder. This helpful way to check your workflows, edit rules, and spot issues is now also available for forms. Learn more in our 2-minute video
Add custom details to your invoices
Admins of OnceHub accounts can now add custom details, such as a VAT number, to their invoices. This can be done through your billing contact details.
AI chatbot interaction (Beta)
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working to develop a new AI option for your OnceHub chatbots. Today, it takes quite a bit of manual time and effort to add FAQs to your chatbots, setting up each option and writing up each answer separately. Our upcoming AI functionality will let you feed your chatbot some information via a link - e.g., your help center and the chatbot will be able to smartly answer customer questions based on that information without all the manual effort!
