How does live chat work in ChatOnce?

Live chat is an ideal way for you or your team to engage with qualified leads. They're already on your website and they've just interacted with your chatbot, so why not connect with them right away?

A chatbot conversation where the user is asked whether the user would like to start a live chat. Once the User agrees, a live chat session is initiated between the user and a team member.

How do scheduled meetings work in ChatOnce?

Scheduled meetings are a great way for you or your team to engage with qualified leads. You can offer time slots when at least one person on your team is available and the qualified lead can pick the one that works best for their own schedule.

A chatbot conversation where the user is asked whether the user would like to schedule a meeting with the team. Once the User agrees, they are presented with an embedded scheduling widget and the user makes a booking.

You can also customize your bot to check if live chat agents are available online. If they are, the bot can automatically offer them a choice of lead engagement options. If they're not, the bot can seamlessly offer a scheduled meeting instead.

Option 1 of 2: Yes

If yes, then the chatbot reads "How would you like to connect with our team?"

3 choices are presented to the user: "Join a live chat right now" (which is selected), and "Start an instant video call", and "Schedule a meeting".

Option 2 of 2: No

If no, then the chatbot reads "Let's schedule a meeting with our team"

A booking dialog is displayed within the chat conversation, prompting the user to schedule a time. This results in a second dialog stating "Your meeting is confirmed".
